Looking for 1 or 2 new players (FILLED-THANKS!)

Hello everyone!

I've been running a 1st Edition, d6 WEG (West End Games) Star Wars campaign on these boards for years now and we have a good group of 4 player characters and I was wondering if 1 or 2 other people would like to join in?

WARNING: For various 'real-world' reasons; I run a SLLLLOOOOOWWWW game in comparison to most on this site....I make a post about once every 10 days....so if you need to be posting every-day, this probably isn't the game for you. I also do all the rolling on my own (after everyone tells me what they want to do); all at once and post the results so if you are a 'I MUST make all my own rolls!' kinda player...again, this isn't the game for you!

I have a few house rules and a SLIGHTLY different 'take' on the Star Wars universe (the original trilogy is really the only 'hard' cannon in my game) and to be honest I don't keep up with all of the Star Wars 'Expanded Universe' stuff; so if you come on here and have to post "I totally VAPED that eyeball back when I was flying against that sith-spawn Thrawn's armada...it was WIZARD!"....I WILL ask you (politely the first time ) to KNOCK IT OFF.....

Anyway, the game is set in the time of the Rebellion (the next adventure will basically coincide with the timing of Empire Strikes Back)...the rules are pretty simple (if you've never played a d6 game, for the most part it really comes down to....you roll a bunch of d6s...add them up and see if you beat a Difficulty Number) so if you've never played the system, but are interested, don't worry it's REALLY EASY to pick up.

Oh yeah....if it matters....the party currently consists of an 'Indiana Jones' type of Professor; a 'Jack of mostly-all-trades' Engineer; a young Jedi-in-training (all three human males); and a Barabel (think almost 7 foot tall lizardman) bad-ass combat specialist....(also male)....

ALMOST any kind of character idea is cool.....I'm NOT looking for any more Force users at the moment...but ALMOST any kind of alien is okay (PLEASE don't ask to play shape-changers or gaseous beings or something that's basically not humanoid and/or primarily moves by means OTHER than walking)...as long as they are at least 3 feet tall and no more than about 7 feet in height.

I am interested, but don't have the rules and have never played. I could run a human or a wookie. Maybe an escaped wookie slave would be cool.

Hey all! I heard about this game over on the Dragonsfoot LFG forum, and promptly signed up for Unseen Servant. If there's still room, I'd love to join up. I'm happy to play a human. I was thinking a smuggler, probably, but if that won't work, I can come up with some other ideas.
