Dice Roller: Registration: Confirmation Email Error

Hello all!
New around here and still reading up on the newbie stuff.
I tried to register an account with the dice roller app, received my confirmation email, and the link within doesn't seem to be working for me. I receive this error message, which isn't making much sense to me:
"The following errors have occurred:
Your confirmation code does not match what we have in the database.
Please contact the administrator to discuss this issue.
Thank you!"
Has anyone else encountered this problem? I emailed the situation details to the administration email in the message.
I used the same user name/email as I did with this form -not sure if that would have caused the issue or not.
