Flash player in posts

Can someone please explain how to post Flash materials in posts?

I'm trying to Flash this:

and can't figure it out.

I have to enable it. Once I do, there's a bbcode that you can use to make it work. I'll post here again once it's set up.

Use the Flash bbcode. Its above the post box, all the way to the right. Hover over the flash button and it will show you the proper syntax. I tried with your link in the first post, but it didn't work, mainly because I think it has to point to an SWF file or another valid flash file.
