Daylight savings time

Some of you might not realize it, but these boards do not automatically detect if daylight savings time is in effect. Most of North America and Europe recognize DST, and as such, you should make sure to set your board preferences accordingly. To do that, follow these directions:
  • From any page, click on 'User Control Panel' in the upper right.
  • On the menu items at the left, click 'Board Preferences'.
  • Find 'Summer Time/DST is in effect:' and set to yes
  • Click submit.
The current time (shown at the top right of every page) will adjust accordingly, and you'll now be sure that you see the actual times that posts are made and PMs are sent.
