Dice roller account confirm email

hi folks, i signed up for a dice roller account this morning but haven't received my confirmation email yet. does it take a day or two to go out? i looked all over the dice roller site and could not find a "contact us" link or a button that would re-send the email so i am posting here. hope that's ok.

Chris, this is the perfect forum to raise such a question. It's been a couple years now since I've had to do that myself, but I don't remember it taking too long. It's possible the message was flagged as spam. Have you checked?

I'd start by checking that, and waiting. There might be something Greg (ToniXX) can look into on the back end, and I'm sure he'll respond to this soon. He's awesome like that.


Good luck, man. We can't have you deprived of the ability to roll some virtual dice! ;)

Is possible the confirmation e-mail is a manual function by ToniXX. If that is the case, then it might not be addressed until this evening.

Otherwise, the only advice I could offer would be to check your SPAM box...

Yes, it could be caught in your spam trap. If all goes well (and it does for 98% of all users) you should get the email within 20 minutes. If you don't get it and it's not in your spam, post again here and I can manually confirm you.

i checked my spam box and nothing. no idea what happened. its been a good 6 hours or more since i signed up and nothing. if i could get a manual confirm that would be great. :D then i'll be able to make characters and hopefully get into a game!!!

e-mail confusion? How many e-mail addresses do you have? ;)

This commonly happens to me, anyway. Well, I'm down to just four, now, so it happens a bit less frequently...

yeah, i thought of that too :? i only have 2 emails i use and i checked both to make sure. i rarely check spam so i did when the other guys suggested it and still no luck. thanks for the help all the same. :)

I know everyone assumes they do, but are you certain you entered your e-mail address in correctly? Maybe try again?

i've been wondering that myself. wouldn't be suprised if i misspelled it or something. :?

edit: i tryed going back in to change the email but the system won't let me. it says the user name i chose is already in use. i guess if nothing else i can make a different account. dunno. *crosses fingers hoping tonixx can straighten me out here* :D

another edit: i made a second account and double checked spelling on the email this time and so far no confirm. its been an hour as of this edit. i'll just wait for tonixx at this point. cheers

to give closure to this topic, it took an admin going in and manualy confirming my dice roller account. hope this helps someone in the future.

Hey there. I am having the same trouble. How did you contact the admin? It's been nearly a day, no email in my junk folder and I tried it twice with two different usernames and the same email address and nothing from either.

Am at a loss as to what to do. Any help would be gratefully received thank you

Send a pm to ToniXX. thats what I did. You can pm him by scrolling up in this thread to his post and clicking the "PM" button on his post. hope this helps.
