I can't get into the dice roller?

...And am not able to retrieve my campaign's ID to provide to my interested players. When I click on the upper right banner, it opens a new tab with a little pop-up box asking for a username and password... Standard stuff. But, when I enter those fields, it gives me a weird error page. Do I need to ask for a password reset for the Dice Roller?

The error summary seems to think so...

"HTTP Error 401.2 - Unauthorized
You are not authorized to view this page due to invalid authentication headers."

My test character in my sig isn't accessible now, either... The user/password box pops up. It's His fault... He failed his pick locks roll, and can't try again until level 2!!!

I just got off the phone with the hosting company and they said it's a permission issue on their end. They put it in the queue to be fixed, and it should take 24 hours AT MOST. Keep checking back, hopefully it will be done much sooner.

Seriously, thanks for looking in to this. I appreciate how quickly you did so! I've told my players I'm not yet ready to move on to character creation, but I still think it's pretty awesome how quickly you went after this! I hope it's not affecting others!

Thank you for looking into this! It was alarming to see character threads have big white spaces where the sheets should be. Does the hosting company have a daily backup to somewhere, in case disaster struck?

I'm sure they do. I back up the database itself at least once a week. The gent I spoke to felt confident that what he was going to do (or what the tech guys were going to do) would fix the problem.
