DMs: Remove old users from your campaign groups

If you run a game or two here, and have old users in your groups that are no longer in the party, it would be a good idea to remove them from the campaign user group. That way, if you send a PM to the entire group, these old users will not be bothered with the email messages and PMs. This came up in a group I'm in, and I just thought it would be a good idea to share this with others here.
