Missing emails

From time to time, I have noticed that I do not get email notifications when something I am subscribed to gets a new post. I know that many factors can come into play here, but I am using Gmail, and I have checked that the originating IP address for messages from the board (74.220.219.124) isn't listed in any "known spammer" lists and the reputation score is actually "Good":

Can someone take a look to see if something is up with the MTA on the server or something?

One thing to keep in mind is that if you get an email saying a thread has been replied to, you won't get another email for that same thread until you visit the forums. Might this be the issue? Otherwise, everything seems to be running fine on the server end.
