- 01-10 = +1 damage for melee weapon attacks
11-20 = One additional attack per round
21-00 = +1 to any ability (player's choice)
Characters receive 1 skill point
Pure Human characters receive 2 skill points
Skill points are used to advance a skill modifier or add a new skill.
- You may add new skills beyond your initial ones, equal to any positive Intelligence modifier (see house rules thread).
Only one new skill may be added per level.
It takes 1 skill point to advance a skill to the next level of proficiency.
No skill may be advanced more than 1 point per level advanced.
