The Gam'A Zone, Day 30, Night

Combat, Round 4, addendum

The surviving bees continue to circle the smoke barrier, rising higher into the air and out of Ghar’s polearm engagement range.

Frank continues to aim, preparing to fire (next round).

Belial and Blixx lie motionless.

Bruze applied first aid to Belial.

The Gam'A Zone, Day 30, Night

Combat, Round 5

Frank fires an arrow and cleanly stakes another bee, dropping it to the ground – dead.

Bart and Oor-zak work together and retrieve Blixx from outside the fire ring.

Bruze performs first aid on both Belial and Blixx, but they remain unconscious.

The surviving bees continue to circle the smoke barrier, buzzing as they go.

Luke and Jack provide what assistance they can.

Ghar remains outside the fire, the bees not seeming to notice (or care about) his presence.

Actions for Round 6?

Oor-Zak shuffles around inside the circle of fire, trying to keep the smoke from stinging his eyes.

Is his telekinesis strong enough to affect the bees? Can he make them crash into the ground or into each other?

You may, but it doesn’t appear to have any affect. Both are alive but unconscious.

You may create a force to change their flight path; including bumping into each other, but your telekinetic powers cannot be used for an attack.

Frank Rock, veteran human

As he started to pull another arrow to shoot at another bee, Frank suddenly had a flash of insight. Dropping his bow, he instead grabbed his rifle and made sure a round was chambered before calling out; "Luke; take my rifle! Jack, get ready with your gun too....I gotta idea!"

He then dug through his pack before finding a clay/glass pint of oil and opening it and then tearing off a strip of cloth from the bottom of his jacket. He dipped the cloth in the oil and then shoved it in the pint so that one end of the rag was hanging out while the other end was in the oil on the inside of the pint. Speaking to the others he told them his plan, yelling to make sure it was heard by everyone....

"OKAY; I'M GOING TO LIGHT THIS PINT OF OIL AND THEN OOR-ZAK I WANT YOU TO USE YOUR TK POWER TO LIFT IT INTO THE CENTER OF THAT SWARM OF BEES AND THEN JACK AND LUKE, SHOOT THE PINT AND HOPEFULLY WE GET TO BURN A BUNCH OF THESE DAMN PESTS AT ONCE!"; as he was talking he was pulling out his tinderbox.

When he had some sparks going, he'd use it to light the rag and then call out to Oor-zak; "OKAY, TAKE IT UP INTO THE SWARM!"

Oor-Zak focuses on the flask of oil and lifts it into the air. He moves it outside the ring of fire and tries to position it at a heights where most of the bees are flying and holds it steady.

Bruze Whane, mutant bat:

Bruze shelters the wounded from the potential explosion with his leathery wings.

He was about to wish upon Rock and the others the Lord's blessing. Then he remembered that Bhatt Mhann forbade the use of firearms. Chastened by his own failings, he merely said, "Good luck, my friends!"

(OOC; I think you still could with your next action….it'll take a bit of time to set this whole thing up, but it's your call. I thought we grabbed two Pigmonn Bolt-action rifles and you had the other one? Maybe Bart has it? Anyway, even if none of the shots hit, the molotove cocktail should still burst into flames when the rag-fuse reaches the oil in the container, it just won't splash as far)

Well I may have sounds like something I'd do, along with forgetting to make a macro for it and noting it on my sheet.

Bart doesn't not have the rifle. Bart can shoot a crossbow bolt next round. Can we make two smash them together, or can oor-jax only hold one item with his mind?

The Gam'A Zone, Day 30, Night

Combat, Round 6

max_vale wrote:(OOC; I think you still could with your next action….it'll take a bit of time to set this whole thing up, but it's your call. It will take 3 rounds for Frank to prepare the oil flasks and burning rags. This is his action for rounds 6, 7 & 8.

Oor-zak waits for Frank to prepare the flasks.
Broggrim wrote:Bart, MH

One object at a time.

Jack fires an arrow at the bees, but misses wide.

Ghar paces outside the fire ring, watching for the bees to drop in elevation and into his melee range.

Bruze shelters the unconscious Belial and Blixx and mutters good will to his comrades.

Luke waits with his rifle to take a shot at a flask once Frank has finished. You have rolled this.

The surviving bees continue to circle the smoke barrier, buzzing as they go.

Actions for Round 7?
