You would have to find suitable material to make the poles and deck(s). The drot swine would be better at dragging the travois.
Either way, your rate of travel will slow.

If there is interest in exploring this option, I'm all ears. I will allow you to retain some of the loot currently abandoned before heading north.

The Gam'A Zone, Day 31, Night

You decide to camp on the west side of the mound with the excavated holes at the top. This will block the view from the potential ant-man habitat.

Settling in for the night, Ghar volunteers to take watch since he doesn’t require sleep. Just as you are entering sleep, a loud screech from Ghar jars you out of your slumber.

Initiative and actions!

Hit Points:
Bruze = 38[53]
Belial = 40[57]
All others at maximum.

Frank Rock; veteran Human

Frank had just drifted off to sleep when Ghar's screech had woken him up. In a flash, he had snatched up his rifle and moved to a crouch, putting the weapon into a ready position with its butt in the hollow of his shoulder and sighting down the barrel as he chambered a round.

"Where's the problem Ghar?"; he asks his companion has his adrenaline starts to spike....

Bruze Whane, mutant bat:

At Ghar's inhuman screech, there was a crack of leathery wings and the nocturnal chiropteran took off straight up into the sky! The disciple of darkness let loose an ultrasonic shriek to echo-locate the danger.

Oor-Zak leaps from his bedroll and gathers his axe and spears. He peers intently out into the darkness, trying to discern why Gar had raised an alarm.

Belial replies with a shriek of his own, as his 'startle' reflex aggravates his bee stings. He rolls to his feet, grabbing for his spear.

PbP Forum code: Initiative [1d10+1] = 2+1 = 3

Blixx rises from his bedroll and wrench ready, scans around using his night vision.
