It was as awesome as ever. Maybe the best one yet.

Got to play some 1E, 2E, Savage Worlds, AS&SH, DCC, and a couple of cool board games.

I highly recommend this con if you love tabletop gaming. It is the best one we attend all year, very friendly and extremely well run.

All the cool people go to Gamehole Con.
Sometimes this summer I will most likely be participating in another 24 hour game of Dungeons & Dragons as part of Extra Life. This organization uses gaming to help raise money to donate to children's hospitals. I'm raising money for Marshfield Children's Hospital in Marshfield, WI, and all money I raise will go to that hospital. All donations are tax-deductible. Please take a moment to check out my donation page below. Thank you.

Ok, so..........is everyone ready to start up something new yet?

I will have a few days off just before the new year and was thinking about putting my 1E sandbox out there to see if there was any interest.

I have heard from a few of you that you really liked this group and that you wanted to try to keep these players together if possible. Well, this is your chance if you are still interested.

This new game will be by the book 1E as far as any rules and character generation goes. We will be starting out at first level, but there will be plenty of chances to build up your characters rather quickly if you let them live fast and take lots of chances.

I will be writing the introduction up fairly soon and post it here first before inviting any others to play along. If I can get enough interested players, I will likely run multiple groups, but I wanted to give all of you first crack at it like I said I would.

So.....any interest in a brand new game that will lean heavily on storyline and character building?

The world setting will be Greyhawk, in case you want to get a start on any character background or storyline. :D

Let me know what you think.

Thanks!

It's great to hear that you are still interested! :D

I will start posting stuff over here so you guys can get a head start on character discussion if you'd like.
