Alright it takes a while but between Rician and the two young strapping lads you managed to get three decent pit sized holes dug in "strategic locations" in town but now it is getting dark and the two young lads decide it is time to head home. Arastor makes rounds around the village to memorize the layout and find likely points for the werewolves to enter and escape from the woods. He will almost make a mental note of all the solitary houses which could make easy targets. Once complete, he will head to the town meeting.

Everyone heads off to the town meeting. Rethor stands at the front of the room along with the towns leader/mayor along with most of the town guard. the rest of the towns adults are all seated in what looks like the same bench seats a church would have.

Rethor holds his hands up in the air "Please quiet down everyone please be seated." once the place quiets down he begins "We have some new folks in our town. Honored guests." he points towards the party you all where you are seated and or standing. "They are the adventures I was able to get to help deal with out wolfman problem. If the need anything please do not hesitate to help them." after that he pauses a moment "I just want to take a moment to let everyone know that our adventurers here have placed some pit traps in strategic areas so please keep your children and animals away from the areas nearer tp the forest. I know the times have been hard on us all but take up hope have faith our saviors are here." having finished with his part of the meeting Rethor steps aside and lets the town leader take over.

Mayor/ Leader Bertimus "Thank you Rethor, and thank you adventurers." pausing as the townsfolk clap. "Now let us get down to business. The town tax is going to be lowered in these times of troubles so take heed we will be only asking for half of what we used to take for town taxes every month. As for news we have had no more losses of town folk since the last full moon but be warned we are to have a full moon on the morrow. So take up your boards and bolt your doors. But be happy to know our protectors will be about to protect us. They will be working with the guards. Now that that is out of the way we have a planned fest in four days. To try and forget these recent troubled times. We will be having the feast in and a fishing contest as well as some other events. We also have a bard in the area relatively new but most of you have heard him in the tavern the last few nights performing. He has offered to perform for us with his minstrels at the fest. I will now open the floor to any else and any matters they might have."

The townsfolk stir for a moment then there is a loud up roar of "Hazzah for our saviors!" and other such praises to the group.

Krakus- Will speak up for the party. Thank you for the warm welcome. But we do need some more assistance form you folks. We are in need of Silver to make the traps effective against the werewolves. As silver is the only thing that can kill these monster. If any of my friends here have anything to add. I am done speaking.

"Did he say the bard was relatively new?...I thought Rethor said no one was new to town", Pheras mumbles to himself then looks around the room for the alleged Bard.

Arastor looks around at the others in the group. "Nothing like being put up on a pedestal as the town saviors. Hope we can live up to their expectations."
