Re: Introduction: Prologue
If any of you hit a AC of 10 you hit the goblin.
Doric kills a goblin in the second group. Rician misses. Crow hits and almost kills another goblin. There are 3 other players though I think Ogre Mage might be the only other posting still....

The one already injured by Doric? I think we still have at least doughx99 around here somewhere posting as he can. So he needs to make a round 1 attack for this new goblin group then they get the attack if any are alive. Then the next attacks for round 2 that 3 of you are ahead of me on. I'm not entirely sure what happened to ybn though.

Alright guess I can just roll for Ybn ....
round 1[1d20] = 10 round 2[1d20] = 1 A miss and a crit but since DM rolled I shall not apply a penalty to the player yet.

One goblin makes a hit on Rician with a rusty short sword for 6 dmg
Another Goblin Hits Doric for 1dmg.
Round 2
Rician drops another goblin.
Crow drops another goblin.
Shay and Zylax's combined attacks kill a goblin.
The final remaining goblin makes a run for it.

Re: Introduction: Prologue
As the goblin attempts to run away Selonis(Crow) stands up from where he was concealing himself, taking careful aim. The bow following the goblin as it sprints away, He lets the arrow fly as it finds it's mark.
Crow Long Bow: [1d20+2] = 18+2 = 20, Damage: S/M[1d6] = 5, L[1d6] = 6
Awesome time to Crit
How do you want to do Crits? Roll another damage?

Re: Introduction: Prologue
Crits are just double the normal damage you already rolled.
The fleeing Goblin is shot down in mid flight all of the goblin ambush is now slain and nobody in the party is dead. What would you all like to do now?

Re: Introduction: Prologue
Selonis(Crow) takes stock at the masterful shot, whistling to himself, "Heh, well then." He walks down to the goblins to retrieve the three arrows he fired if possible as well to check the goblins for anything interesting.

Re: Introduction: Prologue
There is a time for life and a time for death, go in peace. After offering each goblin a bless, Doric pauses to strip and then drag each body deeper into the bush, well away from road and eyes, attempting to place them in a gully together. If no one stops him that is When he returns, he nods to the party The ground feeds the bush, the bush feeds us, our death feeds the ground. It is the cycle of our time. He then takes time to tend to the sizable laceration received during battle and tend to looking for the goblin's camp, steeds, packs or whatnot.

Re: Introduction: Prologue
Loot
After searching all of the dead goblins there is really not a whole lot worth anything.
On the dozen smelly goblins are found
60 cp
6 sp
1 gp
10 crude spears
12 Crude loincloths
2 very rusty short swords
1 Ladies dress
2 dollies
2 girls dresses
1 set of mans clothing
The parties best guess is they had a successful ambush upon a poor family.
XP Earned
12 goblins 15 xp ea x 12 = 180 divided by party members 6 = 30 xp each not counting bonuses for fighter kills.

Re: Introduction: Prologue
Ignoring the plundered spoils of the goblins altogether, Doric looks to the group and asks... So, what next? We move to scout the village or sit and play with dirty loincloths?

Selonis(Crow) gives Doric a friendly smile, "I suppose a quick peak at the village couldn't hurt. Everyone ready to go?"
