Re: A Fancy Flight
Hearing Freki's warning growl Calen hefts his halberd and gets into a readied stance, standing in front of the others. He waits for the torches to be lit and hopefully show what creature they are facing off against.

Arkady
Seeing the odd animals with this half-elven sight, Arkady will get his sling ready if he has a clear shot, or if no clear shot he will heft his staff ready.

Montego draws blade and stands next to Calen, preparing for battle.
That was a fairly short and anticlimactic flight eh brother?

As Calen waits for the light He nods slightly at Montego, his voice somewhat muffled from his helmet, "Expected it to be more helpful..."

Re: A Fancy Flight
Baruch tweaks his ears upward to try and get an audio bearing on where the thudding beast is right now. Overhead ? Stomping around on deck ?
Re: A Fancy Flight
Baruch
having been stuck under deck for a mind-numbingly long time, feels he must now continue on his own. He bids his fellow adventurers farewell:
"Svent, Calen, Dedalus, Garrett, Montego...it's been a 'gas'. But my mission beckons. The universe is gigantic; there are kingdoms beyond, full of faithless infidels that must be saved - but who don't know it yet.
And Arkady, I want you to have these" (hands Arkady the Ring of The Pious Priest he was given earlier, plus the +1 Mallet he took of Magog) "Brothers in faith, right? .....Wish me luck!"- and with these final words he creeps out of the ship's hull, and vanishes into the night.
Am now leaving this game. Thanks for the ride - it was fun!

Farewell Nordbo. I'll remain even if the game gets archived.

Thanks guys - likewise! And we meet on other channels. As for Baruch: well, a man of such industrial-strength faith is bound to turn up, somewhere, again, he he....
