It would make the most sense for Dagger and Orloff to move last since my Pixie and Orloff's Commando have the most damaging weapons.

Greywolf, move Ivan into the light woods at hex 1507, facing hex 07. It'll put you in good positioning for next turn and keep you out of the line of fire.

I meant E1, sorry. Hard to keep track of the enemy/ally designations. But, yeah- the same applies (more or less) to the Hermes.

Yeah, the dice rolls can screw you sometimes, regardless. There are some things you can do to improve chances of winning, though. Basic things are: 1) Try to combine fire on the same mech. That would work if they were enfilading; the bit of hill in front of them would cover the mech from the waist down. But otherwise, no.
