Cedric leaps to the attack with his magic axe!

and swings a bit weakly...

Cedrick waits, also hidden in his cloak, gripping the haft of his axe with sweaty hands. The flies terrify him, but he is terribly curious about the soldier and his fate.

Cedrik was scared. He gestures to the others, and hurries down the tunnel heading east. He's looking for signs of carnage and the lost prince.

Cedrik raises his hand in greeting. "Oh mighty mushroom men. We come in search of a prince of our surface world. Have you seen he or his entourage?"
Cedrik smiles hopefully, propping his battle axe in front of him.

Cedric took the coins and dropped some face paint. He edges beyond the porthole. Maybe the blue light will return further down the tunnel?

Cedric's eyes light up. COINS! He eagerly gathers them and counts them, squinting at the faces. Are they of imperial mint?

Cedric trots down the NNE corridor and looks for a nook to hide in there. He clutches his axe and nervously smooths his coif. It's important to look good while dying, that's the code of the desperado.

CEDRIC ATTACKS!!!!!!
and flails about uselessly

Terrified and desperate, Cedric lunges forward and tries to bury his cleaving axe in a brain creature!

Cedric is buffeted by the fall of his companion, stumbling and banging a knee. He squeals in pain.

Cedric hefts his magic axe and follows the others. It's hacking time.

Cedric looks around warily, axe in hand. He skulks a few yards down the passage and listens intently, hiding against a wall. Are we alone? What madness is this?

"Anurak Orm, why don't you take this axe and I'll carry the special scrolls (charm monster, and 'membrane') noone seems to be reaching for. Who will carry the eldritch arrows? Is there an archer among us?"

Cedric is wakes up from his coma! He is happy to be here because he is broke and wanted from robbery in the City State and most other places. Cedric would like to take a Stone Cloak, a Charm and any other gear still available. I have 3 slots open. Did no one claim the battle axe of spell chopping? I...
