Re: Chapter 25: Tooth and Claw

Torix worries about the Picts hunting in the vicinity of his companions, but is a little relieved to hear that they aren't many. He replies to the shaman, My friends, are on we in my clan would call a spear quest, like I am. They are traveling looking for challenges and experiences to make themselv...

Re: Paladin - Have Gun, Will Travel

Tiny says, Luke, you and me either don't have any claim to any reward. If that really is Sam Bass. Bass was last seen around Round Rock, and we're 40 miles north outside of Belton. But of course Sam Bass is supposed to be from Denton, which is north of Fort Worth. Maybe him and his gang were headed ...

Re: Chapter 4: Strange Pursuit

June 18, 1873, 12:30 PM. Clear and sunny. Last quarter Moon, headed to new Moon. The noontime sun is strong enough to make the crown of a hat hot to the touch, and to make the yellow grass glare. Andreas looks for terrain features that would attract a rancher in this part of the country to site a r...

Turn 1 Initiative Here's the Comanches' roll: [1d6]=6 And another, in case a tie-breaker is needed. [1d6]=2 Losing side has to declare their actions: Shoot; Move; Move and Shoot; or Delay Action and do something at end, when somebody already done something. It's a Combat Round, where everybody gets...

Theo face turns beet red. Oh, sorry, he stammers. This armor should be included in the things to split up then. It's still clean and like brand new, by the way.

Re: Chapter 25: Tooth and Claw

Torix replies to the shaman, I took the silver from some warriors some friends and I slew. My friends are not Picts, but they mean the Picts no harm. Will you lead me to your clansmen who have arrows? I would like to discuss with them soon.

Re: Quest #44 "The Ethereal Job"

Theo admires the fine enchanted chainmail he's wearing. He imagines he looks rather dashing and heroic. Too bad there's no mirror around for a better view. Since it looks like they'll be here for a while, he decides to try his luck with taking another stone from the bag (if there are any left). He ...

Re: Paladin - Have Gun, Will Travel

Paladin entered the front coach to find Tiny rushing forward, apparently looking for him. Seeing Paladin, and that he's unwounded, he nods. The train at last slides to a sliding stop. Twelve yards before it, the bodies of the two prostrate men lie not far from the tracks. One is flat cold dead. The ...

The scouts see six horsemen top a rise to the north, the same time they top one on their east northeast ride to the road and the settlers' wagons. The riders stop their walking horse and quietly observe, at around 400 yards. The scouts, experienced with the dress and habits of the various tribes, kn...

The riders pass the Bland place at around 1:30 in the afternoon, stop, and turn southwest. The area remains hilly, but with fewer limestone outcroppings, and grassland between the dotted trees and bushes. They expect the Vitek place to be about a mile away. A half hour's ride, in this hilly country....

Jinsei, realizing the dog hadn’t detected them, yet Fuma was stepping east instead of joining him under the floor , per the plan, chirped a cricket sound and wildly waved his arm for his fellow ninja to stop. He signed quickly - let dog come to us! movement is risk! two blowguns better then one! wa...

Re: WW2 Supers d6: SST 11: Mission Six: Anzio, The Worst has Come

Luke Goodfox sees the bigger force of marines unloading from the truck, and the big weapon they're carrying. Something to worry about, but at 300 yards the range was too far, would be a risky shot. He aimed his M1 Garand at the closer marines shooting at the airman.

Re: Scroll 1 - The Master Craftsman's Tea Vessel

Based on his Speed score, Fuma walks 7 yds per 6-second Detailed Turn. So he closed to 33 yds, undetected by the dog (or anyone else). Out of blowgun range, so we'll disregard that roll.

Actions Jinsei, Kaida and Minoru?

Saul rushes to the side of the tank, zigzagged to try not to get made into mincemeat. He grabs above the tread and with a mighty strain, tries to turn it onto its side.

Trying to Super Strength talent.

The boy gallops on, driving his horse as if his life depends on it.

He ends at 177 yds range.
