Re: Ch. 4: Hell is for Heroes

Hallagad looks around, the disgust evident on his face. "Aye, let us move on. The less time spent in this infernal place, the better."

Re: Ch. 4: Hell is for Heroes

The paladin is cowering in a corner, with Arex standing nearby. You close the door and hide behind your wards, and after nearly an hour has passed, Hallagad returns to himself. The paladin picks himself up out of the muck, his once pristine tabard stained. He glances around sheepishly at the rest o...

Re: Ch. 4: Hell is for Heroes

OOC: Sorry for my absenteeism in the game. I was my turn to be on call at work all week and had to concentrate on that. It's over now, so I'll have more free time. Until it's my turn again, lol.

Hallagad

The paladin grimaces in disgust at the smell and mess, and follows the others out of the room.

Re: Ch. 4: Hell is for Heroes

Half a step behind Malibran, Hallagad hefts his shield and prepares for combat. "This is Hell," he says to no one in particular. "Everything around here is an enemy.'

Re: OOC Discussion and Table Talk III

Just my thoughts: Let's do B, the trash/feather room first, and then D. Knock off the smaller unknowns, then tackle the bigger ones. The staircase A most likely goes to another level, but the double doors at C are worrisome -- leading to a lair of some sort? Who or what is Straoth?

Re: Ch. 4: Hell is for Heroes

Hallagad of Pelor All caught up, so I'll start posting IC now. I noticed his character sheet has no background or artwork, so I'll work on that as soon as I get some time. The paladin shakes his head, seemingly awakening from a long reverie. A new light appears in his eyes, as if he's taken on a ne...

Re: Experienced player looking for 1e/2e AD&D game

My real name is Geoff Lowry. Years ago I was envious of my fellow gamers who always came up with the most imaginative forum names for themselves, but I could never think of anything that good. Then one day I was playing around with an online anagram generator and of course you always have to enter y...

Re: Experienced player looking for 1e/2e AD&D game

Thanks for the warm welcome! As for my user name, it's just an anagram for my real name. Flowery Fog !? Is it really you!? I haven't seen you since... well... better not say on an open channel. :P You might hit up Zhym about a spot in his Paladin in Hell game. It's 1e, but a high-level game. He was...

Re: Experienced player looking for 1e/2e AD&D game

Thanks for the warm welcome! As for my user name, it's just an anagram for my real name. I started gaming many years ago when my older brother brought home the original D&D boxed set, the one with the dragon, wizard and fighter on the cover. I've been hooked ever since. As a gaming group, we mov...

Experienced player looking for 1e/2e AD&D game

Hey everyone, Long time 30+ year player here, looking to get back into the game after being inactive for a number of years, and I think it's time to start playing again! I've played the original boxed set, AD&D 1e, 2e and a little 3e, but I prefer 1e. I've ran and played in many PBeMs and PbP ga...
