Re: Scene 0 - The Arrival
Amelia Hall watches the police as they swarm around the plane. Better hold off doing anything rash, she thinks to herself as she watches the reactions of the plane's other passengers.

Re: Investigator Strategy
Amelia can try and fast-talk the cops (90%), but I'm not sure where that would get us. Best bet is to go quietly.

Creation so far. He was trained as a monastic warrior in a medium sized sea port. He'll be a priest for a god equivalent to Apollo. I'll hold off until I get spells, class abilities (turn undead), and weapons permitted. Name: Reilik Race/sex: M/ Human Age: 21 Class/Level: Priest (Cleric)/ 1 Alignmen...

Re: OOC Discussions
Cool. I love maps.
I'm going to prepare a cleric character. Any specifics on gods/ religions or should I just make up my own?

Re: OOC Discussions
No OA is fine. I see where you are coming from re: balance. I'll get back to you on what type of character I'll play from 2nd Edition.

Re: OOC Discussions
I don't want to change the nature of the game you're proposing by pushing OA.
Right now, I'm considering the following characters to play
- Cleric (ADD 2d)
- Pscionist (AD2d)
If we're using OA, I'd play either
- Sohei, or
- Monk (oriental)

Re: OOC Discussions
Maybe a foreigner from a distant land? If an OA character is too bizarre, I can stick to a standard class.

Re: OOC Discussions
learjet22- I went through your house rules and I have a few questions/ comments. I can't find my old 1st edition player's manual, but I found my old 2ed. Will that work for the game? What proficiencies are available? I DID find my 1st edition Oriental Adventures hard bound (one of my favorites). Can...

Re: Savage Worlds game
Thanks Ranger. My preference would be to play in a SW game first (since I'm new to the rules), but I'd GM as well if there is enough interest. The rules are pretty straightforward and should translate well for a forum game with some tweaks (i.e., initiative).

Savage Worlds game
I'm new to the forum. I wanted to see if there is any interest in a Savage Worlds game. I really like the system and I think it could work well as a PbP.
