Let's get this party started, I am anxious to whistle wyrdly

I can't find anywhere where it says that, only thing I see if in the races where it tells if there is an armor and weapon limitation.

But I will reduce it to just the weapons for fighter.

I get 4 slots for fighter and 1 for mage right?

Longsword (spec), Longbow, Dagger
Staff

I would spec in bow but the mage slot cannot be used to augment longbow or longsword as they are not allowed weapons for the mage.

Oops, I adjusted the stats but didn't update the race. It is updated now.

Weapons:
Longsword and Longbow

Ok he is good to go to a point.

I will flesh him out when I get home and can check money, saves and all that stuff.

I had to weigh the benefits of a fighter over being a cleric, and elf over half-elf Grugach was out as they can only be fighter/thieves..danged limitations Wood elf would give me...

I am at work and don't have access to books, can someone post the abilities for Gray Elves and Wood Elves from the UA?

Actually, looking at the character range so far, I might try my hand at a mage or multiclass thereof.
